The Things They Say
About Me

Their experience, in their own words.

When I first started your yin yoga class, I came in with no expectations. What I did not expect was how much I would gain in such a short period of time. From my very first class, when I didn’t know what the poses meant or what I “should” be doing, to my final class, one thing didn’t change. Your warm welcome, your comforting presence, and the quiet reassurance that no matter where I was that day, you would meet me exactly where I needed you to.

I never imagined that in just six months I could learn how to slow down. I even came to appreciate the parts of yin that once felt difficult; the long holds, having to sit with yourself, and showing up again and again every week.

The biggest gift you gave me, was the gift of healing. Through yin yoga I began to heal injuries that decades of effort hadn’t been able to. I didn’t expect that I would be able move again without the fear of re-injury. And I certainly didn’t expect to come out of it feeling stronger than ever before.

I am so so grateful not only for what I was able to take back with me, but also for the care, knowledge, and dedication you bring to your teaching. I am already missing you, your classes, and my weekly mini retreats to the studio.
Thank you.

Ayesha is a wonderful teacher and I have been practicing with her since the past 3 years.

Shes warm and gentle and has the perfect personality and demeanor of a yogi.

I love attending her sound bath classes gives me so much peace and energy at the same time.

The classes are always filled with beautiful mandalas always made from the heart and other props which make us feel very special. How can one forget to mention her perfectly, delicious brewed teas. Yumm and so soothing.

May the universe bless her and may she have a wonderful journey in this life.

I honestly can’t say enough about Ayesha Mehboob’s yoga classes. ❤️

I attend her Candlelit Yin, Yin Yoga and Red Light Yin sessions, and they have become something I genuinely look forward to every week.

The impact on my sleep has been incredible. After her classes, I sleep so deeply and peacefully that I’ve actually been getting a 100% sleep score — which is something I rarely achieve otherwise!

What makes this even more meaningful to me is that I have a busy work schedule, and getting to class involves about 1 hour and 15 minutes of commuting time, round trip. The Red Light Yin and Yin sessions are an hour, while Candlelit Yin is 1 hour and 15 minutes. And despite the time commitment, I still make the effort to go because I know how good I feel afterwards.

Ayesha creates such a calming, safe and beautiful space where you can truly slow down, disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. Her Candlelit Yin sessions are especially magical, but every class leaves me feeling lighter, calmer and completely reset.

For me, this is so much more than just an hour of yoga. It has become a part of my self-care and something I genuinely prioritise — even with a demanding schedule and a long commute.

Thank you, Ayesha, for creating such a beautiful space and for reminding me that sometimes slowing down is exactly what the body and mind need. ❤️

My NLP sessions with Ayesha were transformative. Her presence cleansed my doubts and fears, rejuvenating my spirit. Ayesha’s authenticity created a safe haven for confronting my brokenness, embracing it with compassion and validation.

Each session unraveled layers of self-doubt, revealing snippets of joy and empowerment as I confronted myself, shedding the need for external validation.

Ayesha holds space for growth, empowering me to rise into my own strength. She catalyzes self- awareness, and self-acceptance.

My time in her energy was awakening as I emerge more resilient and unapologetically myself.

She was God sent.

Love!

Ayesha, I truly can’t thank you enough for the experience you gave me. The sound massage was unlike anything I’ve ever tried not just soothing, but profoundly healing on a deeper level. From the very beginning, your energy made me feel held, safe, and seen. The vibrations from the bowls seemed to move through my body and spirit, releasing tension and emotion I didn’t even realize I was carrying. It felt as though my nervous system was finally able to exhale.

What stood out just as much as the session itself was you your intuitive presence, the care with which you guided the experience, and the space you created for genuine rest and release. You are not just a practitioner, you are a healer in the truest
sense.

And what touched me even more was how you continued to check in with such care and gentleness after the session. That kind of thoughtfulness is so rare and it made me feel genuinely supported, seen, and not alone in the integration process.

This wasn’t just a massage it was a reconnection with myself. I’m deeply grateful to you and your gift.

Ayesha is a brilliant and truly inspirational teacher — her Yin classes have been an absolute godsend and life-changing for me.

Her practice has been so therapeutic and healing, and she has touched my life in ways I can’t even explain. What I love most is how she makes you feel truly heard and connected — she brings such warmth, love and positivity to every session.

Ayesha always offers different props and options so everyone can find what works for their body. I absolutely love the thoughtful poems and inspirational readings she shares while we hold the poses — they really stay with me.

And she has the most calming, therapeutic voice — I find myself breathing more deeply and relaxing the moment she starts speaking. I feel so lucky to have her in my life.

I started yoga cause I got to experience it with family and some other trainers at popular school. But my journey began when I stepped into your class on one fine saturday afternoon.

I had the fortune of training with some trainers all across the world but getting on a mat in your class always felt like coming home.

Yin yoga helped me with recovery, better mental strength and focus.

The theme as you called it was more like a story for me always and somehow something I could always resonate with it. Wonder how you did it but whatever it was seemed like magic. May you continue to spread your magic wherever you go.

Thank you for all those classes and I hope to be in your class again!

Ayesha is truly remarkable — an absolute gem. 💛

Her classes are so thoughtfully planned, and she brings the most incredible energy to every session. She has such a special way of making everyone feel loved, seen, and valued. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel so special and cared for.

I struggled to get into yoga for years and could never quite connect with it, but because of Ayesha, I genuinely fell in love with yoga. Now, my weeks feel incomplete without her classes — I honestly have to go!
What makes her classes even more special is the amount of thought and effort she puts into every little detail. She brings different props and beautiful oils, incorporates the most incredible meditations, and creates an entire experience rather than just a yoga class. Even after class, she has this lovely little tea ritual that makes you want to stay, connect, and enjoy the moment a little longer.

Whenever I’m having a difficult or stressful day, her class feels like the perfect reset. I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and so much better than when I walked in.

I recommend her to all my friends because her classes have genuinely become such a special part of my life. Ayesha has created something really beautiful, and she truly is one of a kind. ❤️

Ayesha’s classes have always been a source of calm for me, especially in the midst of chaos, a little Yang to my Yin. Her presence and gentle guidance bring balance, grounding and a sense of coming back to myself. There is something about the way she teaches that allows me to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with myself. Her presence, wisdom and gentle guidance make every practice feel like coming home to myself.

I have always loved your classes! The writing you do for your classes and the effort you put into curating it, makes it more than a class. Its genuinely one of the best experiences I have had in around yoga and tbf I have done yoga in multiple countries. No wonder this is the first thought that comes to me when I think of a gift for someone I love 😂 I walk away feeling light as air and my mind put to ease every single time. You have helped me through such difficult times and situations with your classes and you don’t even know. I can only thank you and hope that I can be your student for as long as its possible haha!
