Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 18 September 2026
Welcome to Ayesha Mehboob.
These Terms & Conditions explain the arrangements for booking and participating in my Yin Yoga classes, private sessions, workshops, retreats and other wellness offerings.
Please read them before making a booking.
1. About My Services
I offer Yin Yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound-based relaxation, Reiki and other wellness experiences.
Services may include group classes, private sessions, workshops and international retreats.
The details of each offering, including its location, duration, price and inclusions, will be communicated before booking.
2. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are currently arranged through WhatsApp.
Payments are accepted by bank transfer or cash.
A booking is confirmed once I have accepted your reservation and any required payment or deposit has been received.
Payment instructions and deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking.
Spaces are subject to availability.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
I understand that plans can change. The following policy is intended to keep bookings fair for everyone while allowing me to manage limited spaces and advance arrangements.
Group Classes
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class may be transferred to another available class or refunded.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or transfer, except where required by applicable law.
Private Sessions
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be accommodated without charge, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or complimentary rescheduling, except where required by applicable law.
Workshops and Special Events
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a refund or a transfer to another available event.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not ordinarily refundable.
Where possible, you may request to transfer your booking to another participant, subject to my approval and any applicable participation requirements.
International Retreats
Each retreat will have its own booking terms, payment schedule, cancellation deadlines and refund arrangements.
These will be provided in writing before you pay a deposit or confirm your place.
Any non-refundable deposit, cancellation charge or third-party cost will be clearly disclosed before booking.
The retreat-specific terms will govern the booking where they differ from these general Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.
If I Cancel an Offering
If I cancel a class, private session or workshop, you will be offered a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service or, if you prefer, a transfer to another available date.
If I cancel an international retreat, the applicable retreat agreement will explain the refund arrangements and responsibility for third-party travel costs, subject to applicable law.
Refunds will ordinarily be made through an agreed payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Health and Personal Responsibility
My offerings are intended to support relaxation, movement, self-awareness and general wellbeing.
They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy or other professional healthcare.
Please inform me before participating if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy or other circumstance that may affect your ability to participate safely.
You are encouraged to listen to your body, move within your own comfortable range and stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness or significant discomfort.
You may decline any practice or adjustment.
If you are unsure whether an activity is appropriate for you, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
I may recommend modifications or decline participation where I reasonably believe that an activity may present a safety concern.
5. Retreats and Travel
International retreat participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the travel documents, visas and permissions required for their destination.
Unless expressly included in the retreat package, participants are responsible for their own flights, travel insurance, personal expenses and other travel arrangements.
I strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation and unexpected travel disruption.
Retreat itineraries may be adjusted where reasonably necessary because of weather, safety concerns, venue requirements or circumstances beyond my control.
Any material changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible, together with available options and any rights under the applicable retreat agreement and law.
6. Photography and Media
Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during classes, workshops and retreats.
I will seek your permission before using identifiable images or videos of you for promotional purposes.
You are welcome to decline participation in promotional photography.
Please respect the privacy of other participants and obtain their permission before photographing, recording or publicly sharing identifiable images of them.
7. Respectful Participation
I aim to create a welcoming, respectful and supportive environment for everyone.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy, personal boundaries and wellbeing of others.
I reserve the right to address behaviour that is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate, including asking a participant to leave where reasonably necessary.
Any decision concerning cancellation or refunds in these circumstances will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

10. Liability
I take reasonable care in planning and delivering my services.
Participation in physical and wellness activities may involve risks, and individual experiences and outcomes will vary.
You are responsible for communicating relevant health concerns and following appropriate safety guidance.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including liability arising from negligence where such an exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be published on this website.
Changes will not retrospectively alter the agreed terms of an existing booking unless permitted by applicable law or agreed with the participant.
